CoachIQ
From idea to launch in four weeks, CoachIQ combines coaching, educational content, and creator profiles into a scalable marketplace.

Overview
Client: CoachIQ
Project Duration: March 2026 (4 Weeks)
Services: MVP Development, Product Design, UX Research, Full-Stack Development
The Challenge
CoachIQ set out to build more than a traditional coaching marketplace.
Instead of limiting coaches to one-on-one sessions, the platform was designed as a complete creator ecosystem where coaches could build their personal brand, sell different types of content, and grow their audience in one place.
The challenge was to create an MVP that could validate the business quickly while providing a scalable foundation for future growth.
Research & Strategy
The design process began by researching gaming platforms, leaderboard websites, and tier list websites to understand how competitive players browse information.
To balance functionality with a premium user experience, I combined these patterns with modern interface inspiration from Dribbble and Gaming Websites.
One deliberate branding decision was using a forest-green colour palette throughout the entire platform. In a market dominated by blue, purple, and dark-themed gaming websites, the distinctive green identity immediately makes CoachIQ recognizable while creating a fresh and premium visual experience.
Product Vision
Rather than acting as another booking website, CoachIQ was designed to become a creator platform for gaming coaches.
Every coach receives a dedicated profile where they can showcase:
Coaching sessions
Video-on-demand reviews
Courses
Written guides
Educational content
Personal branding
Reviews and reputation
Players can easily browse coaches across multiple games while discovering educational content before committing to coaching sessions.
This creates additional revenue opportunities for coaches while helping users find the right expertise more naturally.
MVP Development
The entire MVP was designed and developed in just four weeks.
Despite the short timeline, the platform included both customer-facing functionality and the internal tools required to launch a real marketplace.
Key features included:
Custom responsive website
Multi-game coaching marketplace
Coach discovery system
Individual coach profiles
Booking-ready service listings
Content hub for guides and courses
SEO-optimised blog
High-performance frontend
Modern custom UI
Internal Platform
Alongside the public platform, I developed a complete management system for administrators and coaches.
The backend includes:
Admin dashboard
Coach dashboard
Profile management
Service and offer management
Withdrawal requests
Payment management
Content management
Blog administration
User management
Marketplace moderation
This gives both administrators and coaches the tools needed to manage the platform without relying on developers for day-to-day operations.
Results
CoachIQ launched with a production-ready MVP capable of validating the product while supporting future expansion.
The project demonstrates how a startup can go from concept to launch in just four weeks without compromising on scalability, branding, or user experience.
By combining marketplace functionality with creator tools and educational content, CoachIQ differentiates itself from traditional coaching platforms and provides a stronger long-term foundation for growth.
My Role
I led the entire project from research and product strategy to design and full-stack development.
This included defining the MVP scope, creating the visual identity, designing the user experience, developing the frontend, and building the backend management system for both coaches and administrators.
The result is a launch-ready Coaching platform built to validate the business quickly while remaining flexible enough to evolve into a larger creator marketplace.
